Registration Management App

A full-stack registration and management application built with an ASP.NET Core Web API, SQL Server, and a vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript frontend. I built the backend endpoints for registration and management flows, connected the app to SQL-backed persistence, and created browser forms that communicate with the API.
